Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights to the DLMS software, structure, and user interface are owned and reserved by SAMS Digital.
Content uploaded or accessed via DLMS remains the intellectual property of the original owner (authors, institutions, or publishers).
Users may not copy, modify, reproduce, or create derivative works from DLMS or its content without obtaining prior authorization.
Limitation of Liability
The user acknowledges that:
SAMS Digital is not liable for any loss, claim, damage, or liability arising from the use or inability to use DLMS or from any content accessed through it.

SAMS Digital reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of DLMS constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
SAMS Digital also reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate user access for violations of these Terms and Conditions or misuse of the platform.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction falling under the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
