DLMS – Digital Library Management System Management System

A product by SAMS DIGITAL

By accessing and using product, the user agrees to the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between the user and SAMS DIGITAL, the developer and owner of DLMS.

  1. Permitted Use

    DLMS is provided exclusively for educational, research, archival, and institutional purposes. The user agrees not to use the system or any of its content for commercial exploitation, redistribution, or profit-making activities without appropriate permissions.

  2. Prohibited Activities

    The user is strictly prohibited from:

    • Republishing or redistributing DLMS content to any medium without explicit written permission from the copyright holder, owners...
    • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the system
    • Using automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the platform
    • Sharing login credentials or allowing unauthorized access to user accounts
    • Uploading malicious content or attempting to compromise system security
  3. Intellectual Property

    • All intellectual property rights to the DLMS software, structure, and user interface are owned and reserved by SAMS Digital.
    • Content uploaded or accessed via DLMS remains the intellectual property of the original owner (authors, institutions, or publishers).
    • Users may not copy, modify, reproduce, or create derivative works from DLMS or its content without obtaining prior authorization.
  4. Limitation of Liability

    The user acknowledges that:

    • SAMS Digital is not liable for any loss, claim, damage, or liability arising from the use or inability to use DLMS or from any content accessed through it.
    • SAMS Digital shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to legal costs or data loss.
  5. Indemnity

    The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SAMS Digital, its partners, licensors, and contributors from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, expenses, and costs (including legal fees) arising from::

    • Breach of these Terms
    • Unauthorized use of the DLMS software or content
    • Violation of intellectual property rights
  6. Service Availability

    DLMS may undergo scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, during which access may be interrupted.

  7. Amendments and Termination

    • SAMS Digital reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of DLMS constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
    • SAMS Digital also reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate user access for violations of these Terms and Conditions or misuse of the platform.
  8. Severability

    If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  9. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction falling under the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
